Adding/Removing Naturalicks, Salmon, or Chicken Treats from Your SubscriptionUpdated 10 days ago
Want to surprise your cat with some delicious Naturalicks or tasty freeze-dried treats in your next Untamed delivery? It's super easy to add them to your regular subscription!
Here’s how to include them in your upcoming order:
Log In to Your Account:
- Start by logging into your Untamed account. You'll find the 'Login' button in the top right corner of our website.
Find the "You Might Also Like" Section:
- Once logged in, look to the right-hand side of your account page. You'll find a section titled "You might also like". This is where our exciting add-ons are displayed!
Select Your Desired Treat or Naturalick:
- Within this "You might also like" section, simply click the “+” button located next to the Naturalicks or the specific treat (Chicken or Salmon) you wish to add to your next box.
Confirmation!
- After clicking, you’ll immediately see a message pop up saying “Item successfully added”.
And that's it! The selected Naturalicks or treats will be included in your very next scheduled subscription delivery. Your cat is going to be purr-fectly delighted!
You want to remove Naturalicks or treats from your next Untamed delivery? No problem!
Here's how to remove them from your upcoming order:
Log In to Your Account:
- Start by logging into your Untamed account. You'll find the 'Login' button in the upper right corner of our website.
Locate Your Treats/Naturalicks Plan:
- Once logged in, scroll down. Your Naturalicks or treats will be listed under your main wet food meal plan.
Click 'Edit' for Your Treats/Naturalicks:
- Next to the Naturalicks or treats listing you wish to remove, click on the 'Edit' button.
Access the Removal Pop-up:
- A pop-up window will appear on the right-hand side of your screen, showing details about your selection.
Initiate Removal:
- Within this pop-up, click on the '-' (minus) button next to the item.
- A confirmation pop-up will then appear asking: "Are you sure you want to proceed?"
Confirm Removal:
- Click on 'Yes, Remove Now' to confirm that you want to remove the Naturalicks or treats from your subscription.
Success!
- A message will appear on your screen saying 'Item successfully removed' – confirming that the selected item has been taken off your subscription.
That's it! Your Naturalicks or treats will no longer be included in your upcoming orders.
