Your billing address is securely linked to your payment method (credit/debit card). This means that to update your billing address, you'll simply need to update your payment method at the same time. Don't worry, it's a straightforward process!

Here’s how to update your billing address along with your payment details:

1. Log In to Your Account:

   • Start by logging into your Untamed account. You can find the 'Login' button in the top right corner of our website.

2. Access Account Details:

   • Once logged in, click on your Name in the upper right corner of the page.
   • From the dropdown menu, select 'Account Details'.

3. Initiate Payment Method Update:

   • On your Account Details page, look for the 'Payment Details' heading on the right-hand side.
   • Underneath it, click on ‘Update Payment Method’.

4. Confirm via Email:

   • For security, we'll send an email to your registered email address with the subject ‘Edit your payment details’.
   • Please open this email and click on the ‘Confirm payment information’ link within it. This will open a secure page in your web browser.

5. Enter New Details:

   • On this new page, you'll be prompted to fill in your card details. This is also where you will enter your updated billing address.

6. Finalise Update:

   • Once all details, including your new billing address, are correctly entered, click the ‘Update card’ button.

That's it! Your billing address will now be successfully updated along with your payment method.
