Placing Your Trial Order

1. Start Your Journey: Head over to our website and click the "Try Now" button in the upper right corner, or simply click here: https://untamed.com/products/try-now

2. Tell Us About Your Cat(s): Enter your cat's name and age. If you have more than one feline companion, easily add them to your trial order by clicking the '+' sign under "Add/remove cats." If your cat is younger than one year old, click on the dropdown menu labelled 'Year/s Old' (located next to the age input field) and select 'Month/s Old' from the options. Once you've added all your furry friends, click "Next" (please note, you can order a trial box for up to three cats).

3. Choose Your Daily Tins: On the next page, decide how many tins you'd like your cat to enjoy each day in their subscription order – you can choose 1, 2, or 3 tins a day. After making your selection, click "Next."

4. Select Disliked Meats/Fish: Help us tailor your order by choosing any meats or fish your cat dislikes. This ensures they only receive recipes they'll love! Once you've made your selections, click "Next."

5. Dry Food Habits: Let us know if your cat eats dry food.

   • If your cat does eat dry food, we'll include our jelly recipes in your trial order.
   • If your cat doesn't eat dry food, we'll send you our delicious gravy recipes. Click "Next" to proceed.
   • Please note: if your cat is under one year old, their trial box will be automatically filled with our delicious gravy recipes, regardless of their daily dry food consumption.

6. Enter Your Email: Provide your email address and click "Get Plan."

7. Review and Checkout: You'll now see a summary of your trial order and your proposed monthly meal plan. Take a moment to review the recipes and ensure everything looks purr-fect! If you're happy with your selections, scroll down and click "Checkout."

8. Complete Your Order: Fill in your shipping and payment information securely, then click "Pay Now."

That's it! Your order is now being processed, and you'll receive a confirmation email shortly.
