It can be frustrating when a payment doesn't go through, but don't worry – we're here to help you get it sorted! If you've noticed that your payment for your Untamed order was declined or failed, here’s what you should do:
Step 1: Contact Your Bank
The first step is to contact your bank or card provider directly (or PayPal/Shop Pay, if that's how your Untamed account is set up). They can provide you with the exact reason why the payment was declined, as they have the full details of the transaction attempt.
Step 2: Resolve the Issue Based on Your Bank's Information
A. If the reason is 'Insufficient Funds':
- Once you've added sufficient funds to your account, please contact our Customer Care team.
- Let us know that you've topped up your account. We can then manually process your pending payment for you, ensuring your order goes through without creating any duplicate charges.
B. If there's another reason for the failed payment (e.g. fraud alert, expired card, technical issue):
- You will need to update your payment method on your Untamed account.
