Add/Remove Dry Food From Your PlanUpdated a month ago

Decided to adjust your cat's meal plan and add or remove dry food from your next delivery? No problem! It's easy to manage your subscription directly in your account.

Here’s how to add or remove Dry Food from your subscription via the Home page:

1. Log in to your account via the ‘Login’ button in the upper right corner of our website.

2. Navigate to the ‘Your Meal Plan’ section of the Home page, then click or tap on the ‘Dry food & extras’ drop-down.

   • Here you can see any existing dry food or extra items on your subscription.

3. To add or remove Dry Food from your subscription, click or tap ‘Edit Dry food & extras’.

   • This will bring you to our ‘Dry food & extras’ page, where you can add Dry Food, Treats, Supplements, and Litter.

   • Click or tap the ‘+’ button next to your chosen dry food recipe(s) to add them to your subscription, or the ‘-’ button to remove them from your subscription.

4. Click or tap on ‘Save Plan’ at the bottom of the screen, then you’ll see a message pop-up that reads ‘Plan successfully updated’.
   
   

That's it! Your subscription plan has now been updated to either add or remove your selected Dry Food items.
