Add/Remove Dry Food From Your PlanUpdated 10 days ago

Decided to adjust your cat's meal plan and add or remove dry food from your next delivery? No problem! It's easy to manage your subscription directly in your account.


Here’s how to add Dry Food to your subscription:

  1. Log in to your account via the Login button in the top right corner of our website

  2. Look at the section on the right-hand side titled "You might also like". Within this section, there are two listings for dry food

  3. Click the “+” button next to your chosen recipe (Fresh Chicken & Rabbit, Fresh Fish – or both).

  4. You’ll see a message saying “Item successfully added” – and you’re all set.

That's it! Your dry food will now be included in your upcoming orders.


Here's how to remove Dry Food from your subscription:

  1. Log in to your account via the Login button in the top right corner of our website
  2. Once logged in, scroll down. Your dry food will be listed underneath your wet food meal plan.

  3. Click 'Edit' for Dry Food: Next to the dry food listing you wish to remove, click on the 'Edit' button.

  4. A pop-up window will appear on the right-hand side of your screen, showing details about your dry food selection.

  5. Within this pop-up, click on the '-' (minus) button next to the dry food. A confirmation pop-up will then appear asking: "Are you sure you want to proceed?"

  6. Click on 'Yes, Remove Now' to confirm that you want to remove the dry food from your subscription.

  7. A message will appear on your screen saying 'Item successfully removed' – confirming that the dry food has been taken off your subscription.

That's it! Your dry food will no longer be included in your upcoming orders.
