Add/Remove Puree Lickables & TreatsUpdated 10 days ago

Want to surprise your cat with some delicious puree lickables or tasty freeze-dried treats in your next delivery? It's super easy to add them to your regular subscription!


Here’s how to include them in your upcoming order:

  1. Log In to Your Account:

    • Start by logging into your Untamed account. You'll find the 'Login' button in the top right corner of our website.
  2. Find the "You Might Also Like" Section:

    • Once logged in, look to the right-hand side of your account page. You'll find a section titled "You might also like". This is where our exciting add-ons are displayed!
  3. Select Your Desired Treat or Puree Lickable Treat:

    • Within this "You might also like" section, simply click the “+” button located next to the specific treats you wish to add to your next box.
  4. Confirmation!

    • After clicking, you’ll immediately see a message pop up saying “Item successfully added”.

And that's it! The selected treats will be included in your very next scheduled subscription delivery. Your cat is going to be purr-fectly delighted!


You want to remove treats from your next Untamed delivery? No problem!

Here's how to remove them from your upcoming order:

  1. Log In to Your Account:

    • Start by logging into your Untamed account. You'll find the 'Login' button in the upper right corner of our website.
  2. Locate Your Treats Plan:

    • Once logged in, scroll down. Your treats will be listed under your main wet food meal plan.
  3. Click 'Edit' for Your Treats:

    • Next to the treats listing you wish to remove, click on the 'Edit' button.
  4. Access the Removal Pop-up:

    • A pop-up window will appear on the right-hand side of your screen, showing details about your selection.
  5. Initiate Removal:

    • Within this pop-up, click on the '-' (minus) button next to the item.
    • A confirmation pop-up will then appear asking: "Are you sure you want to proceed?"
  6. Confirm Removal:

    • Click on 'Yes, Remove Now' to confirm that you want to remove the treats from your subscription.
  7. Success!

    • A message will appear on your screen saying 'Item successfully removed' – confirming that the selected item has been taken off your subscription.

That's it! Your treats will no longer be included in your upcoming orders.
