Ready to treat your feline friend to delicious, healthy recipes from Untamed? This guide will walk you through the simple steps to place your trial order and introduce your cat to our tasty recipes.
Placing Your Trial Order
Start Your Journey: Head over to our website and click the "Try Now" button in the upper right corner, or simply click here: https://untamed.com/products/try-now
Tell Us About Your Cat(s): Enter your cat's name and age. If you have more than one feline companion, easily add them to your trial order by clicking the '+' sign under "Add/remove cats."
If your cat is younger than one year, click on the dropdown menu labelled 'Year/s Old' (located next to the age input field) and select 'Month/s Old' from the options. Once you've added all your furry friends, click "Next" (please note, you can order a trial box for up to three cats).
Choose Your Daily Tins: On the next page, decide how many tins you'd like your cat to enjoy each day in their subscription order – you can choose 1, 2, or 3 tins a day. After making your selection, click "Next."
Select Disliked Meats/Fish: Help us tailor your order by choosing any meats or fish your cat dislikes. This ensures they only receive recipes they'll love! Once you've made your selections, click "Next."
Choose which option you'd like in your trial box:
Mix it up – a starting selection of jelly, gravy and Chicken Breast with Smoked Tuna in Broth
Jelly only – recipes served in jelly
Gravy only – recipes served in gravy
Once you've made your selection, click Get Plans.
You'll then be taken to your Personalised Meal Plan, where you can click Edit Recipes to customise your trial box. As long as your box still contains 12 tins, you can choose any combination of jelly, gravy and Chicken Breast with Smoked Tuna in Broth before checkout.
Once you're happy with your selections, scroll down and click Checkout.
Review your Personalised Meal Plan and Checkout: You'll now see a summary of your trial order and your proposed monthly meal plan. Take a moment to review the recipes and ensure everything looks purr-fect! If you're happy with your selections, scroll down and click "Checkout."
Complete Your Order: Fill in your shipping and payment information securely, then click "Pay Now."
That's it! Your order is now being processed, and you'll receive a confirmation email shortly.
