Here's a breakdown of how you can recycle your Untamed packaging:

• Wet Food Tins: Yes, our tins are fully recyclable! They are made from aluminium or steel, meaning they're easily recyclable through your household recycling bins – unlike many plastic pouches.

• Dry Food Packaging: Our dry food bags are designed with sustainability in mind! They are made from recyclable mono-material polyethylene (PE), which can typically be recycled via in-store drop-off points at large supermarkets across the UK that accept plastic bags.

• Freeze-Dried Chicken or Salmon Treats Packaging: The packaging for our delicious freeze-dried treats is also designed with sustainability in mind! It is made of Nylon PET LLDPE and can be 100% recyclable. Please note: some local councils have strict guidelines on what they can accept for recycling, so it's always a good idea to check with your local authority.

• Puree Lickable Cat Treats Packaging: We always design our products' packaging with sustainability in mind. While the outer packaging of our Puree Lickable Treats is eco-friendly, the individual sachets currently use printed aluminium to ensure strong barrier properties against moisture, fat, and odours, keeping your cat’s treats fresh and ensuring a long shelf life. Unfortunately, this material is not currently 100% recyclable. However, we are always looking for ways to improve, and we are actively investigating alternative packaging for Puree Lickable Treats to achieve 100% recyclability in the future.

• Cat Litter Packaging: Our cat litter bags are recyclable! You can recycle them at large supermarkets alongside other plastic bags.

• Wild Fish Oil Bottles: Our Wild Fish Oil plastic bottles are designed to be eco-friendly and are fully recyclable. You can simply pop them into your standard plastic recycling bin after use.
