While DPD is a reliable courier for most deliveries, we know that sometimes issues can pop up – whether it's deliveries going to the wrong neighbour, parcels being left in an unsafe spot, or simply not arriving when expected. Please know that we are here to support you through any delivery hiccups!
The good news is that you have a lot of control over your DPD deliveries once your order has been dispatched.
Easily Manage Your Parcel with Your Tracking Link
Once your Untamed order is on its way, DPD will send you a tracking link via email or SMS. This link is your key to managing your delivery preferences!
By clicking on this tracking link and using the "Change this delivery" button (usually found in the lower right corner of the page), you can easily choose from several options to ensure your parcel reaches you exactly as you wish:
- Collect from Pickup Point: Have your parcel delivered to a local DPD Pickup Point for you to collect at your convenience.
- Deliver to a safe place: Provide specific instructions for a secure location where the driver can leave your parcel if you're not home.
- Change the delivery day: Select a different day that works better for your schedule.
- VIP my parcel: Pick a preferred delivery slot (often for a small additional fee, as little as £4.99, available 7 days a week) for precise timing.
- Deliver to my neighbour: Specify a trusted neighbour where your parcel can be delivered if you're not available.
Take Control with the DPD App!
We also recommend downloading and using the DPD app. Within the app, you have the ability to set permanent delivery preferences for all your DPD parcels. This means you can proactively set options like:
- 'Deliver to local parcel shop': Always send my parcels to a nearby shop if I'm not home.
- 'Deliver to safe place or neighbour': Automatically instruct the driver to leave the parcel in a designated safe place or with a specific neighbour if no one is home.
This can save you time and provide peace of mind for all your future deliveries!
