To make sure your delivery reaches you in purr-fect condition and is easy for you to handle, we strategically split heavier orders into multiple boxes.

This approach helps us in two key ways:

1. Easier Lifting for You: We want to make sure your package isn't too heavy for you to comfortably carry from your doorstep.
2. Protecting Those Delicious Tins: Dividing the weight prevents the cardboard from getting overwhelmed, ensuring all those yummy tins stay safe and sound during transit.

Sometimes, when an order is split into multiple boxes, courier services might load each box onto a different delivery van. This can occasionally lead to the boxes arriving at slightly different times on the same day, or even on separate days. 

How to Track Your Remaining Package(s)

The good news is that you should have received an email from DPD with separate tracking links for each package in your order (one for each box, or even three if your order is super huge!).

Please refer to that email and click on the other tracking link(s) to check the real-time status of your remaining package(s). This will give you the most up-to-date information on when to expect the rest of your Untamed delivery.
