Since our dedicated warehouse team takes a well-deserved break on weekends, here's what you can expect for your delivery:

• Orders placed on Friday afternoons/evenings or anytime over the weekend are eagerly prepared and dispatched on Monday morning.
• This means your delicious Untamed delivery should then arrive on Tuesday.
• Orders placed on a Public Holiday will be dispatched within 1-2 working days.

We appreciate your understanding that our furry friends (and their humans!) need a little downtime too! You'll receive tracking information via email as soon as your order is dispatched on Monday, so you can follow its journey right to your door.
