What happens to my referral reward if an order is cancelled or refunded?Updated 2 months ago

Change of plans? Here’s where your reward ends up:

Your friend cancels their trial: You won’t earn a referral reward this time.

Your friend gets a refund or cancels after you’ve earned your reward: It’s still yours. We won’t claw it back.

Your own box is cancelled after you’ve applied a reward: Your reward will head back to “Available rewards”, ready to use again as long as it hasn’t expired.

You can keep an eye on your rewards and their expiry dates under “Free food” and by opening “Your rewards” at the top of the page.
