Your reward hasn't landed yet? Let's get to the bottom of it.

Your 50% off reward is earned once your friend's first subscription payment goes through, not when they order their trial box.

If it's still missing, check that:

• Their first subscription payment has gone through. Until then, your reward stays pending.

• They haven't cancelled their trial, as cancelled trials don't earn a reward.

• They signed up using your unique referral link.
