How Can I Change How Much Food I Get in my Subscription?Updated 14 days ago
Whether your cat’s appetite has changed or you just want to stock up on more (or fewer) tins, updating your meal plan is super simple - and totally in your control.
Here’s how to adjust the quantity of food in your subscription:
Log in to your account
Head to the Login section in the top right corner of our website
Click ‘Edit Plan’
You’ll find this to the right of your cat's name.
Choose the number of sleeves you want
Each sleeve contains 7 tins. On the Pop-up screen, choose how many tins per day you'd like and adjust the number of sleeves for each recipe by clicking the ‘+’ or ‘-’ buttons, ensuring the total number of sleeves matches your plan:
- 1 tin a day = 4 sleeves (28 tins)
- 2 tins a day = 8 sleeves (56 tins)
- 3 tins a day = 12 sleeves (84 tins)
4. Hit ‘Save’
Once your changes are locked in, you’ll see a message at the top of the page that says ‘Meal plan has been successfully updated’ — and just like that, you're all set!
