How Can I Change My Renewal/Delivery Date?Updated 14 days ago

We know life doesn’t always run like clockwork - whether you’re heading off on holiday, your cat’s slowing down on their meals, or your cupboards are still stocked with tins. Whatever the reason, you’re always in control of when your next box arrives.


You can easily move your subscription renewal date anytime via your online account. Here’s how:

  1. Head to our website and log in to your account using the ‘Login’ button in the top right corner.
  2. Once you're in, look for the ‘Dispatch Date’ section.
  3. Click the ‘Change Date’ button.
  4. A calendar will pop up - just select the date you’d like your subscription to renew.

You’ll see a little confirmation message saying ‘Your delivery date has been updated’, which means you're all set! 🐾
