Adding A Cat To Your PlanUpdated 10 days ago

Welcome to the multi-cat household club! Did you know you can add as many feline friends to your subscription as you like? Expanding your furry family doesn't mean juggling multiple food orders - you can manage them all in one convenient place.



Here’s how to add a new cat to your existing subscription:

  1. Log In to Your Account:

    • Start by logging into your Untamed account. You'll find the 'Login' section in the top right corner of our website.
  2. Find the 'My Cats' Section:

    • If you're using a mobile device, tap the menu icon (☰) in the top right corner and select 'My Cats'.
    • If you're on a computer or laptop, the 'My Cats' section appears just beside the 'Dispatch Date' section on the right-hand side of the screen.
  3. Add Your New Cat's Details:

    • In the 'My Cats' section, click the ‘+’ button located next to your existing cat’s name.
    • This will open the 'New Cat Details' pop-up. Here, you can:
      • Enter your new cat’s name.
      • Select how many tins per day they eat (from 1 to 5).
      • Choose a fun avatar for them!
    • Once you're done, click 'Next'.
  4. Customise Their Meal Plan:

    • A new pop-up will appear where you can select the delicious recipes for your new cat’s meal plan.
    • Adjust the number of sleeves for each recipe using the ‘+’ or ‘–’ buttons.
    • Important: Ensure the total number of sleeves you select matches your new cat's daily feeding plan:
      • If you’re on our 1 tin/day plan, your order should total 4 sleeves.
      • If you’re on our 2 tins/day plan, your order should total 8 sleeves.
      • If you’re on our 3 tins/day plan, your order should total 12 sleeves.
      • If you’re on our 4 tins/day plan, your order should total 16 sleeves.
      • If you’re on our 5 tins/day plan, your order should total 20 sleeves.
  5. Save Your New Order:

    • Finally, click the ‘Save Order’ button shown below the recipes.
  6. Confirmation!

    • At the top of the page, you should see a message saying "Successfully added a new cat" - this means your new cat has been added to your account!
