Changing How Much Food You Receive in Your SubscriptionUpdated 16 days ago

Whether your cat’s appetite has changed or you just want to stock up on more (or fewer) tins, updating your meal plan is super simple and totally in your control.

Here’s how to adjust the quantity of food in your subscription:

1. Log in to your account via the ‘Login’ button in the upper right corner of our website.

2. Navigate to the ‘Your Meal Plan’ section of the Home page, then click or tap on the name of the Cat whose plan you want to adjust.

3. Tap on ‘Edit wet food’ for the cat whose plan you want to edit:

   • Here you will see the full, personalised meal plan for your selected cat.

4. You can adjust how many tins per day you'd like by clicking or tapping the drop-down in the upper right of the pop-up, then selecting your preferred number of tins per day for your selected cat.

   • Once you have updated your preference, you can click or tap the ‘+’ or ‘-’ buttons to adjust the number of sleeves for each recipe you want to receive. 

5. Click or tap ‘Save plan’ at the bottom of the screen to confirm.

   • You’ll see a message pop-up at the top of your screen saying ‘Plan successfully updated’, letting you know you’re all set! 

6. To adjust the quantity of dry food items, treats, and supplements on your plan, navigate back to the ‘Your Meal Plan section’, then click or tap on ‘Dry food & extras’.

   • This will bring you to our ‘Dry food & extras’ page, where you can adjust Dry Food, Treats, and Supplement quantities.

   • Click or tap the ‘+’ button next to your chosen item(s) to add them to your subscription, or the ‘-’ button to remove them from your subscription.

7. Click or tap on ‘Save Plan’ at the bottom of the screen.

Once your changes are locked in, you’ll see a message at the top of the page that reads ‘Plan successfully updated’, and just like that, you're all set!
