Changing Your Renewal DateUpdated 16 days ago

We know life doesn’t always run like clockwork - whether you’re heading off on holiday, your cat’s slowing down on their meals, or your cupboards are still stocked with tins. Whatever the reason, you’re always in control of when your next box arrives.


You can easily move your subscription renewal date anytime via your online account. Here’s how:

  1. Log in to your account via the ‘Login’ button in the upper right corner of our website.

  2. In the ‘Next Delivery’ section at the top of your screen, click or tap the ‘Change Date’ button.

  3. Click or tap on your preferred dispatch date.

    • A calendar will pop up, then just click or tap the date you’d like your subscription to renew.

You’ll see a confirmation message saying ‘Your delivery date has been updated’, which means you're all set! 🐾
