Having trouble logging into your Untamed account? The most common reason for this is that your account might not have a password yet.


Here's what you should know and what to do:

Why You Might Be Unable to Log In:

When you place your first trial order with Untamed, your account is automatically created, and your subscription is activated. However, to gain access to your online account dashboard and manage your subscription details, you need to complete a quick account activation step. This involves creating your unique password.

You should have received an account activation email shortly after placing your trial order. It's possible this email might have landed in your spam or junk folder, so it's always worth checking there first!

Important Note: Your subscription is active and will continue to process orders even if you haven't activated your online account or set up your password. The activation simply grants you access to manage your plan yourself.


What to Do If You Can't Log In:

Check Your Email:

  • Please search your inbox (including your spam and junk folders) for an email from Untamed that was sent on the day you placed your trial order. The subject line of this email is: [IMPORTANT] Activate your account.

  • If you find it, simply follow the instructions in that email to set your password and activate your account. 

  • If you've already activated your account but can't remember your password, please check out our article: Resetting Your Password

  • If you've checked thoroughly and still can't find your activation email, or if you're having any other issues logging in, please don't hesitate to contact our Customer Care team.
