Locating or Redirecting Your Delivered ParcelUpdated 6 days ago

If the tracking says your parcel was delivered, but you can’t find it, start by checking the photos and notes on your Hived tracking page, as they often show exactly where your parcel was placed. If it still isn’t there, please check with your neighbours or look around your designated safe place. If you still can’t locate it, contact us, and we will check with Hived and arrange an alternative solution.

Can I redirect my Hived parcel to a different address? Small address updates (like a flat or building number) can often be fixed while your parcel is in transit. For bigger changes (like a new city or postcode), please contact us immediately. We’ll try to update your details, though this may cause a temporary delay.
