You can update your safe place, neighbour, or concierge instructions directly through your Hived tracking page. Just click the tracking link in your delivery email or text to make changes. If it’s easier, you can also call or email us, and we’ll update your preferences for you.
You can reschedule directly through your Hived tracking link, choosing a new delivery date up to two weeks in advance. If you prefer, our team can arrange it for you.
Hived delivers between 8 am and 8 pm, seven days a week, including weekends. Your live tracking page will always show your specific two-hour delivery window in real-time.
