If you’re not home when your driver arrives, Hived will automatically try again. You’ll receive an email letting you know when the next delivery attempt will be made (usually the following working day). You can also reschedule or update your delivery notes through your tracking page.

Hived will make up to three delivery attempts before returning your parcel to us. To avoid missed deliveries, we recommend adding safe-place instructions in advance through your tracking link.
