We understand that sometimes an order might not be quite right, or your circumstances might change. If you have unused Untamed tins that you'd like to return for a refund, we're happy to help!


Here’s how to send back your order:

1. Prepare Your Return

  • Please ensure the tins are unused and in their original condition.
  • Pack the tins securely to prevent damage during transit.

2. Send Your Parcel To Us

You can send your return to the following address:

3. Let Us Know About Your Return

Once you've sent your parcel, please email our Customer Care team to let us know it's on its way. This is a very important step as it allows us to track your return and process your refund efficiently.

In your email, please include:

  • The total number of tins you have returned.
  • The tracking information is provided by your chosen courier.
  • The original order number (e.g., #1234567) for the tins you are returning.

This information helps us quickly identify your return when it arrives at our warehouse and ensures a smooth refund process.


4. What Happens Next?

Once your return is confirmed by our warehouse team, we will process your refund. Please note that the refund process can take up to 14 days. We'll be in touch as soon as your refund or exchange has been processed.
