Pausing Your SubscriptionUpdated 16 days ago
Need a little break from your deliveries? Maybe your pantry's full, or your cat's on a mini-vacation themselves! Whatever the reason, pausing your subscription is quick and easy. Just follow these simple steps to put your meal plan on hold directly from your account:
Log in to your account via the ‘Login’ button in the upper right corner of our website.
Click on ‘Account details’ in the left-hand menu navigation:
If you're using a mobile device, tap on the ‘Account details’ icon in the upper right corner of your screen, then tap ‘Account details’.
In the 'Account Details' section, click or tap on 'Edit Details'.
Click or tap on the three horizontal dots icon found to the right of 'Subscription'.
Click or tap on ‘Pause subscription’.
Select the most appropriate reason for pausing, then click or tap on ‘Cancel subscription’ at the bottom of the page.
If you select ‘Other’ as your reason, you can provide any extra details that help us to do better!
Your account will show ‘Paused’ in your ‘Account Details’ section, and you will see a ‘Subscription Paused’ icon in the upper right corner of your account screen when you’re done.
