Need a little break from your deliveries? Maybe your pantry's full, or your cat's on a mini-vacation themselves! Whatever the reason, pausing your subscription is quick and easy. Just follow these simple steps to put your meal plan on hold directly from your account.
Pausing Your Subscription Online
Log In: Head over to our website and log in to your account. You'll find the 'Login' button in the top right corner.
Access Account Details: Once logged in, click on your name in the upper right corner of the page. From the dropdown menu that appears, select 'Account Details'.
Edit Your Plan: On your account page, click the 'Edit Details' button.
Find Subscription Options: Look for the 'Subscription' section in the side panel. You'll see three vertical dots next to your subscription details – click on them.
Choose to Pause: A small menu will pop up. Click on 'Pause Subscription'.
Confirm Your Pause: We'll ask you to select a quick reason for pausing. After choosing, confirm your decision by clicking 'Pause Subscription' one more time.
That's it! You'll then see a clear message on your account: 'Your Subscription is Paused' 🐱
