Ready to treat your cat to some more delicious food?
Here's how you can place a new right away order via the Home page:
Log in to your account via the ‘Login’ button in the upper right corner of our website.
In the ‘Next Delivery’ section at the top of your screen, click or tap on the ‘I need it now’ button.
If you would instead prefer to change the date of your next delivery, click or tap on ‘Change Date’, then click or tap on your preferred dispatch date.
This handy feature gives you full control over your preferred delivery day, allowing you to expedite your next order, or delay it until your next preferred day.
To confirm your order, a pop-up will ask if you’re sure. Click or tap ‘Yes, Ship Now’ and you’re all set!
After that, you’ll see a green pop-up message reading, 'We’re processing your order. Your confirmation email should be with you within the next hour.'
Please note that once you click or tap the 'Yes, Ship Now' button, it can take up to one hour for your order to be processed. You will receive a confirmation email as soon as processing is complete.
