Ready to treat your cat to some more delicious food?


Here's how you can place a new order:

  1. Log in to your account: Click the ‘Login’ button in the top right corner.

  2. Find ‘Dispatch Date' and click on the button 'Change Date'

  3. Hit ‘Ship Now’: You’ll find this button below the calendar grid.

  4. Confirm your order: A pop-up will ask if you’re sure. Click ‘Yes, ship now’ and you’re all set!

After that, you’ll see a green message saying, 'We’re processing your order. Your confirmation email should be with you within the next hour.'

Please note that once you click the 'Ship Now' button, it can take up to one hour for your order to be processed. You will receive a confirmation email as soon as processing is complete.
