Resuming Your SubscriptionUpdated a month ago

Ready to resume your cat's Untamed journey? We'd love to have you both back!


If your subscription is paused or cancelled, you can easily reactivate it through your online account. Here's how:

  1. Log in to your account via the ‘Login’ button in the upper right corner of our website.

    • You will see your Home page, and the previous meal plan that was in place for each cat.

  2. Click or tap 'Order box now'.

After reactivation, you'll see your next order date. Want to adjust it? Simply click the 'Change Date' button to pick a more convenient time.

Alternatively, after logging in you can resume your subscription via your ‘Account details’

  1. Click on ‘Account details’ in the left-hand menu navigation:

    • If you're using a mobile device, tap on the ‘Account details’ icon in the upper right corner of your screen, then tap ‘Account details’.

  2. In the 'Account Details' section, click or tap on 'Edit Details'.

  3. Click or tap on the three vertical dots ⋮ found to the right of 'Subscription'.

  4. Click or tap on ‘Reactivate subscription’.

  5. Your account will show Subscription: ‘Active’ in your ‘Account Details’ section when you’re done.

After reactivation, you'll see your next order date. Want to adjust it? Simply click the 'Change Date' button to pick a more convenient time.
