Hived offers live chat support from 8 am to 8:30 pm daily via your tracking page. Their team usually responds within a few minutes during service hours.

If Hived couldn’t deliver after three attempts, your parcel will be marked as Returned to Sender. Once this happens, please reach out to us, and we’ll help arrange either a replacement or a refund for the order.
