Once your parcel leaves our warehouse, Hived will send you email and text updates with a link to your live tracking page. There, you’ll see your driver’s real-time location, queue position, and a dynamic two-hour delivery window that updates as your parcel moves along its route.

Once your order has been delivered, Hived will send you an email confirmation with:

• Delivery photos

• Driver notes

• The delivery time and location. You can also view these details on your tracking page.

The Hived tracking link should arrive in both your email and text message. If you don’t see the email, please check your spam or promotions folder. If you still can’t find it, contact our team and we’ll resend it for you right away.
