How Our Automatic Renewal Works

By default, your Untamed subscription is designed to renew automatically every 28 days. This consistent cycle ensures your feline friend always has their delicious meals without you having to lift a paw! Because it's a 28-day cycle, the actual calendar date of your renewal will naturally shift slightly each month.

Renewing on Your Preferred Date

The great news is, you're always in control! You can absolutely manually change the renewal date of your next order to whenever suits you best 😊.

Important Note: If your goal is for your subscription to always renew on the exact same calendar date each month (e.g., the 15th of every month), you'll need to remember to log into your account each month after a delivery. From there, you can easily adjust the next renewal date to your desired specific day.
