Your billing address is securely linked to your payment method (credit/debit card). This means that to update your billing address, you'll simply need to update your payment method at the same time. Don't worry, it's a straightforward process!

Here’s how to update your billing address along with your payment details:

1. Log in to your account via the ‘Login’ button in the upper right corner of our website.

2. Click on ‘Account details’ in the left-hand menu navigation:

   • If you're using a mobile device, tap on the ‘Account details’ icon in the upper right corner of your screen, then tap ‘Account details’.

3. Navigate to the Payment Details section:

   • Within the 'Payment Details' section, you'll be able to view the Payment Method saved in your account, and the current billing address..

4. Click or tap on the ‘Update payment method’ button.

5. Confirm via Email:

   • For security, we'll send an email to your registered email address with the subject ‘Edit your payment details’.

   • Please open this email and click or tap on the ‘Confirm payment information’ link within it. This will open a secure page in your web browser.

6. Enter New Details:

   • On this new page, you'll be prompted to fill in your card details. This is also where you will enter your updated billing address.

7. Once all details, including your new billing address, are correctly entered, click or tap the ‘Update card’ button.

That's it! Your billing address will now be successfully updated along with your payment method.
