Changing Your Payment DetailsUpdated 16 days ago

We get it - cards expire, banks switch, life happens. If your payment details have changed, you can update them in just a few clicks through your online account. Here’s how:

  1. Log in to your Account.
  2. Once you’re in, click ‘Your Name’ in the upper right corner and choose 'Account Details'.
  3. Under the ‘Payment Details’ heading, select ‘Update Payment Method’.
  4. You’ll receive an email titled ‘Edit your payment details’ - click the link inside that says ‘Confirm payment information’.
  5. This will open a secure page where you can pop in your new card details and billing address.
  6. Hit ‘Update Card’ and you’re all set!
