Removing A Cat From Your PlanUpdated 10 days ago
If you have more than one cat in your account and you need to remove one of your cats from your subscription, you can do so quickly and easily!
Follow these steps to remove a cat from your account:
Log In to Your Account:
- Start by logging into your Untamed account. You'll find the 'Login' section in the top right corner of our website.
Navigate to the 'My Cats' Section:
- If you're using a mobile device, tap the menu icon (☰) in the top right corner and select 'My Cats'.
- If you're on a computer or laptop, the 'My Cats' section appears just beside the 'Dispatch Date' section on the right-hand side of the screen.
Select the Cat to Remove:
- In the 'My Cats' section, click directly on the name of the cat you would like to remove from your subscription. This action will open their specific 'Cat Details' pop-up.
Initiate Removal:
- Within the 'Cat Details' pop-up, look for and click the red 'Remove Cat' link.
Confirm Removal:
- A confirmation pop-up will appear. You'll be asked to select a reason for removing your cat (you can also add any additional details in the provided field, if you wish).
- Once you're ready, click 'Yes, Remove Now'.
Confirmation!
- At the top of the page, you should see a message saying "Cat Removed" - this means the selected cat has been successfully removed from your account.
Please note that our system requires at least one cat profile to function correctly, so we aren't able to remove the last cat from your account. If you would like to stop all orders, you can simply cancel your subscription.
