Removing A Cat From Your PlanUpdated a month ago

If you have more than one cat in your account and you need to remove one of your cats from your subscription, you can do so quickly and easily!

Please note that our system requires at least one cat profile to function correctly, so we aren't able to remove the last cat from your account. If you would like to stop all orders, you can simply cancel your subscription.


Follow these steps to remove a cat from your account:

  1. Log In to Your Account:

    • Start by logging into your Untamed account. You'll find the 'Login' option on the upper right corner of our website.

  2. Click on ‘My cats’ in the left-hand menu navigation:

    • If you're using a mobile device, tap on ‘My cats’ at the bottom of your screen.

  3. Click or tap on ‘Edit’ for the Cat you want to remove:

  • This action will open a pop-up containing your cat’s details.

  1. Remove your cat:

    • Within the 'Cat Details' pop-up, click or tap ‘Remove cat’ in the upper right corner.

  2. Confirm removal:

    • Select the most relevant option for why you are removing your cat from your subscription, then click or tap ‘Remove’ at the bottom of the pop-up.

    • If you select ‘Other’ as your reason, you have the option to add any additional details you would like to share.

  3. Confirmation!

    • At the top of the page, you should see a message saying ‘Your cat was successfully removed’,  this means the selected cat has been successfully removed from your account.
