Cancelling Your SubscriptionUpdated 15 days ago

We’re really sorry to hear you’re thinking of cancelling, but we totally get it, and we’re here to make the process as smooth as possible.

Before you go, here are a few things that might help:

  • Worried about the cost?

You can actually make things more affordable by ordering in bulk. The more tins in your plan, the lower the price per meal.

  • Fussy feline on your hands?

Don’t worry, you’re not alone! Try gently warming the food, mixing in a favourite treat, or combining with something they already like.

  • Overrun with tins or deliveries too frequent?

You can always delay your next order — no need to cancel completely.

  • Had a delivery issue?

Still want to cancel or pause your subscription? Here’s how:

  1. Log in to your account via the ‘Login’ button in the upper right corner of our website.

  2. Click on ‘Account details’ in the left-hand menu navigation:

    • If you're using a mobile device, tap on the ‘Account details’ icon in the upper right corner of your screen, then tap ‘Account details’.

  3. In the 'Account Details' section, click or tap on 'Edit Details'.

  4. Click or tap on the three horizontal dots icon found to the right of 'Subscription'.

  5. Click or tap on ‘Cancel subscription’.

  6. Select the most appropriate reason for cancelling, then click or tap on ‘Cancel subscription’ at the bottom of the page.

    • If you select ‘Other’ as your reason, you can provide any extra details that help us to do better!

  7. Your account will show ‘Cancelled’ in your ‘Account Details’ section, and you will see a ‘Subscription Cancelled’ icon in the upper right corner of your account screen when you’re done.
