It means our system is successfully processing your new details behind the scenes, ensuring everything is perfectly set for your next Untamed delivery.


What's Happening Behind the Scenes

When you update your payment details on our system, it sometimes triggers a technical process that creates what appears to be a "blank" order. This is simply a system-generated placeholder to ensure your new payment method is correctly linked and verified for your actual upcoming orders.

Because this "order" is blank:

  • Our warehouse team automatically recognises there's nothing to pack or send out.
  • You will not be sent any physical products related to this blank confirmation.
  • Crucially, you will not be charged for this blank order.

You might also receive a shipping notification from DPD linked to this blank order. Again, this is just part of the automated system response, and there's no actual parcel on its way to you from this specific notification.

Your next real Untamed order will proceed as normal, using your newly updated payment details!
