Updating Your Payment Method When Using Shop PayUpdated 15 days ago
Are you an Untamed customer using Shop Pay as your go-to payment method and looking to update your card details? You're in the right place!
When you've selected Shop Pay for your Untamed subscription, you won't be able to switch to an entirely different payment method (like a direct credit card entry). However, you can easily update the card associated with your existing Shop Pay account.
Here's how to update your payment details directly through our website:
- Log in to your Untamed Account. You'll find the login option typically in the top right corner of our website.
- Once you're logged in and on your dashboard, click on 'Your Name' (located in the upper right corner) and then select 'Account Details'.
- Under the ‘Payment Details’ heading, you'll see an option to ‘Update Payment Method’. Click this. You'll then receive an email from us with instructions to securely update your payment details.
- Open this email. The subject line will be: "Update your payment method for Untamed."
- Click on the "Confirm payment information" button within the email. This will take you to a secure page.
- On the "Edit Payment" page, locate the card you wish to update and click the three dots (...) next to its expiration date.
- Click the trash icon to remove the old card, and confirm by clicking "Delete."
- Now, click "Use a different card."
- Enter your updated debit/credit card details and your billing address.
- Click "Save Card."
- Finally, click "Update" to confirm and apply your new payment method to your subscription.
