Using the 'I need it now' FeatureUpdated a month ago
Ever found yourself running low on Untamed food and wondered if clicking ‘I need it now’ would affect your regular delivery schedule? It's a great question, and we're here to clarify exactly what happens when you choose to get your next order expedited!
Understanding 'I need it now' and Your Renewal Date
When you click or tap the 'I need it now' button in your Untamed account and complete the process to expedite your next delivery, it does a couple of important things:
Immediate Order Processing: Your next order will be processed right away. This is perfect for those times when you need a top-up sooner than your scheduled renewal.
New Renewal Cycle: Crucially, completing the ‘I need it now’ process will also reset your next renewal date to 28 days from that moment. So, your new cycle begins immediately after your urgent shipment.
A Quick Note on Processing: Once you complete the ‘I need it now’ process, please allow up to one hour for your order to be fully processed by our system. As soon as it's processed, you'll receive an order confirmation email.
