Understanding Our Order Sizes

To ensure efficient delivery and provide the best value, Untamed subscriptions are designed around specific box sizes. This means you can only order in increments of 28 tins:

• Smallest Box: 28 tins
• Next Sizes: 56 tins, 84 tins, 112 tins, and so on.

This structure allows us to consistently deliver fresh, perfectly portioned meals right to your door.

What If I Need Less Than 28 Tins Per Month?

While our minimum order is 28 tins per subscription box, we offer flexible solutions to ensure you don't end up with too much food:

1. Pause Your Subscription: You have the power to pause your subscription at any time! This is ideal if you find yourself with a surplus of food.

2. Change Your Delivery Date: You can easily shift your next renewal date to whenever suits you best. For example, if you typically receive 28 tins every 28 days but find that's too much, you could adjust your next delivery to be in 8 weeks' time (rather than the automatic 4 weeks). This way, you'd receive 28 tins every 56 days, effectively spreading out your deliveries.

What If I Need Just a Few Extra Tins?

Since we only ship in increments of 28 tins, it's not possible to simply add "a few extra tins" to your regular order. However, we have a smart workaround to help you stock up when needed:

• Temporary Plan Increase: The best way to get some extra tins is to temporarily increase your next order. For instance, if you usually receive 1 tin a day (28 tins per box), you could temporarily switch your next order to 2 tins a day (meaning you'd receive 56 tins). Once you've received this larger delivery, you can then easily switch your subscription back to your original 1 tin a day plan for future orders.
