Congratulations on starting your Untamed journey! We're thrilled your cat is trying our delicious recipes. Your trial box is designed to give your feline friend a wonderful introduction to Untamed, and it's also the beginning of a convenient, flexible meal plan.
Here's a clear guide to what happens after your trial period:
The Trial Period and Your First Subscription Order:
Once you place your trial order, you'll have 9 days to allow your cat to thoroughly test our recipes and discover their favourites. This gives you plenty of time to see how much they love Untamed!
If you decide not to make any changes or cancel your subscription within these 9 days, your first regular subscription order will be automatically processed. This order typically takes 1 to 2 working days to be delivered to your door.
Ongoing Deliveries:
After your very first subscription order, you will then be billed and receive a fresh box of Untamed goodness every 28 days. Our subscription boxes are perfectly designed to cover your cat's meals for that 28-day period.
The number of tins in your box depends on your cat's daily feeding preference, as indicated during your trial order process. You can choose to receive:
- 1 tin a day (which means a 28-tin box)
- 2 tins a day (which means a 56-tin box)
- 3 tins a day (which means an 84-tin box)
If you have two or more cats, you will have been asked to answer these feeding questions for all cats added to your trial order, ensuring each of your feline friends gets the right amount of food. You can order up to three trial boxes in your initial trial order.
Your Plan, Your Control:
The best part? Your Untamed subscription is completely flexible! You have the freedom to:
