Cancelling Your SubscriptionUpdated 16 days ago

We’re really sorry to hear you’re thinking of cancelling, but we totally get it, and we’re here to make the process as smooth as possible.


Before you go, here are a few things that might help:

  • Worried about the cost?

You can actually make things more affordable by ordering in bulk. The more tins in your plan, the lower the price per meal.

  • Fussy feline on your hands?

Don’t worry, you’re not alone! Try gently warming the food, mixing in a favourite treat, or combining with something they already like.

  • Overrun with tins or deliveries too frequent?

You can always delay your next order — no need to cancel completely.

  • Had a delivery issue?

Still want to cancel or pause your subscription?

Here’s how to do it:

  1. Log in to your account
  2. Click on 'Your Name' in the upper right corner and choose 'Account Details'
  3. Under 'Account Details', find 'Edit Details
  4. Click on the three vertical dots ⋮ found under 'Subscription'
  5. Click on ‘Cancel Subscription’ 
  6. Choose your reason and confirm
  7. Your account will show ‘Subscription Inactive’ when done
